Property Management Services
Our property management service for villa owners is designed to ensure that your property is in a habitable condition prior to your arrival or return to Crete.
The package includes:
- airing the house
- cleaning of floors, balconies, windows and shutters
- cleaning the bathroom(s)
- cleaning the kitchen
- dusting furniture and fittings
- making up bed(s)
- turning on electricity and water
- turning on fridge/freezer appliances
- preparing a welcome pack (if requested)
- bill handling (if requested)
We supply all cleaning materials.
Rental Mangement Services
Our rental management service includes carrying out all the necessary upkeep prior to your clients arrival and after their departure.
This includes:- airing the property
- cleaning of floors, balconies, windows and shutters
- cleaning the bathroom(s)
- cleaning the kitchen
- dusting furniture and fittings
- making up bed(s)
- checking inventory (if requested)
- bill handling (if requested)
During your clients stay we offer a weekly property cleaning service that includes cleaning bathrooms, internal floors and balconies. If appropriate a change of bed linen and bathroom towels.
We supply all cleaning materials.
Welcome Packs
We are also pleased to offer a 'welcome pack' service. Please allow two working days notice.
Spring Clean
If your property has not been occupied for a long period of time, extra cleaning will be required. In these circumstances we would propose a Spring Clean prior to your or your clients arrival. Contact us for details.
