Thistle Inspection & Security Visits

During your absence or, during non-rental periods, Thistle Property Maintenance Services would conduct regular inspection visits to ensure that your property is okay, this service would require that we hold your keys, of course this is included within the price.

In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, Thistle Property Services would conduct visits afterwards to check on the status of your property.

Any untoward findings would be photographed and sent to you by email and we would then await your instructions.
