Swimming Pool & Outdoor Areas

We are legally licenced to maintain your swimming pool and outside communal kitchen areas.

If applying for your own E.O.T. Licence, employing our services can gain your application additional points.

Rates are based on the number of beds and bathrooms in the property and are detailed below:

Welcome Packs

Starting from €20.00 for a welcome pack.
Comprising bottled water, fruitjuice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, eggs and a bottle of wine.

Pool Maintenance Services

From €15.00 per pool (depending on pool size)
Pool cleaning equipment and chemicals should be provided by the owner.

Inspection & Security Visits

From €15.00 per inspection visit.

Gardening Services

From €10.00 per person per hour to maintain garden.
Plan and install watering system - quotation on request.
Garden rescue from €12.00 per person per hour.
